Our Director of Nurses, Russellyn Earnheardt, R.N., MSA, has 15 years of geriatric care experience, demanding as much of her nursing staff as a leader and teacher as she demands of herself. Facility Administrator King Bruett is a seasoned professional with 30 years long-term care experience, maintaining a visible presence within the facility, ensuring every resident's needs are met.
