Bortz Health Care of Ypsilanti is a licensed health care facility equipped to provide both basic care and skilled care. The staff physician attends to our residents, following a regular schedule and is always available. As needed, the services of a dentist, ophthalmologist, podiatrist, and other health care specialists are provided. We are happy to arrange appointments with family doctors or specialists at your request.

There is a calendar full of activity at Bortz Health Care of Ypsilanti. Daily at 10 AM, you will find residents involved in our sensory stimulation and musical therapy programs. Daily coffee and cards is a big hit, as is weekly bingo and Nintendo Wii games. Ladies enjoy Luxurious Lox's meetings on Wednesdays, and Tuesday's at 2PM is arts and craft project time.
We offer rehabilitation services to meet the specific needs of our residents. Trained experienced professionals provide physical, occupational and speech therapy. We also tend to the spiritual needs of our residents, offering religious services that represent different denominations. Arrangements are made for indifidual residents who wish to attend outside services of their choice.
